"You are sassy... and very entertaining!"
Bored of watching covers bands play the same songs every night? Tired of a succession of well-worn rock tracks that make you wonder if the band just picked the set list up off the floor from last night's band? Yes... us too.
And that's why Talk Of The Town came together. It's really simple. Good songs that most people know, but many of which you haven't heard performed this month, or even this year. We've a really eclectic mix of soul, Motown, vintage swing, rockabilly, pop, and light rock. There'll be something for everyone, dancefloor fillers and classic pop hits, but there'll be surprises too. Fronted by three excellent female singers who work really well together, we have a sound that you don't usually hear from local cover bands.
We're very happy playing pubs and clubs, but we've also played most of the well known wedding and function venues in Suffolk.
We're a 7 piece band based in Ipswich, Suffolk, and we're making new friends every time we play. You might say, we're the Talk Of The Town!

We're now back in the saddle after taking a break to re-vamp the set. With a whole bunch new songs in our repertoire, and plans for more, we're really buzzing about this year's upcoming gigs.
